WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Recipient must reside in or receive treatment in the Hudson Valley.
Recipient must be a child or parent with a child living in their home, 21 years or younger.
Recipient must have a life threatening illness or whose life has been altered by an accident or sudden loss of life.
